Early days....
I've only been taking this stuff a week now so it's difficult to say what differences it is making however, there were a couple of things I wanted to say.
Firstly, the customer service is excellent. I felt the need to email them to clarify something and they were straight back in touch to help. Not only that but they went above and beyond what they needed to do to ensure I was a happy customer. Not often you find that these days, people that care. Second thing is that I can testify to it's anti inflammatory qualities as my circulation has improved, in just a week! I won't tell you how I know, but trust me, I know.
Finally, I don't write reviews for stuff. I buy an awful lot of supplements and different super foods etc. This is the first time I've thought i really ought to say something. Hope this is helpful.

It’s early days using Pure Himalayan Shilajit Resin, but I believe I’ve already noticed a difference in my energy levels and focus. I feel a bit more alert and less tired during the day. Looking forward to seeing what the long-term benefits will be!
