Early days taking shilajit pleased with the product and tastes ok no pleasant but taking directly under the tongue so far a few weeks in head fog has gone and energy levels seem better and recovery after training and heavy weights seems better will keep going and order again so far impressed with this product and hope the improvements keep coming months to come as most things in life longevity usually pays off so don’t expect five minute wonder results approaching Three weeks now and looking good , definitely recommend if your health is suffering ,

I’ve been using the Altitude Supplements Shilajit for just over a month now and honestly, I’m really happy with it.
